COVID-19 PANDEMIC This page was published in 2020 to help schools deal with COVID when it first hit our shores.
Staying connected and curious during the Covid-19 pandemic
I hope you are well in the midst of this awful crisis.
I have decided that rather than send out loads of stuff that people may find overwhelming and unhelpful, I'm going to send out a free daily activity, either viewing or reading or both, with some points for reflection, and also with an additional Covid-19 question. There will be an extension activity for those who want it. I think it would be really great if schools/settings could set up online forums for staff to have virtual discussions and share their thoughts and questions.
For those who want it, I shall also send a reading list, so please let me know if you do.
I'm also going to set up reading and reflection for EYFS where appropriate. If I have your email address, I shall email all reading and reflection to you daily, on request, and it will also be available on my Facebook page and website.
Given we cannot meet at present in hotels for conferences, or in schools for whole school training, we now have set up a series of webinars via ZOOM, all of which are related to the current COVID-19 crisis. See page 'COVID-19' webinars' further on.
Sending love and positive thoughts at this very challenging time.
All best wishes, Jenny Nock (Training and Consultancy Director) Tony Meehan (Business Manager) Bridie White (Attachment and Trauma Sensitive Schools Award Administrator)
